November 11, 1960 ~ April 6, 2018 On April 6, 2018 Mom passed away in her sleep at home. She went as she wanted to go. No hospitals and on her own terms. She passed the gates into heaven the same day with her nephew, Michael Sayler. She grew up in Seattle, WA, playing basketball and softball in her younger years. Ultimately settling here in Everett, WA. She enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, but her favorite spot was at the Q playing her Lucky Lemmings. She is survived by her siblings, Nadine Griffin, Charles Davis Jr., Alma Klien, Douglas Davis Sr.; her children, Charmina (Antonio), Chantal, John "JJ" (Heidi), Charlita Jo, Joey Charles, Jay Douglas; her grandchildren who she loved very much, Adrian John, India, Orlando, Marco Jr., Serenity, Natalie, James, Charlie, Kayleasha, Chayliegh, Donovan, Johnathan, Annie, Jayden, Zoey, Jaycee, Jacob, Joshua, Justice, Jewels; her great granddaughter, Aalyah Jean. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Roberta Mike-Depoe; her parents, Charles Davis Dr., Betty J. Davis; her husband, John E. Monar; her son, Charles (Charlie) Davis and sister, Pamela Sayler. To all that knew Mom, she loved, and gave to all that loved her. We are going to miss our mother so much, but know she is now with our father and brother again. She is now happy and free of all pain and is now watching over us. Her viewing is Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Solie Funeral Home in Everett, WA, followed by a small gathering at her daughter's home. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
