Robert Atkinson

Robert (Bob) Gordon Atkinson Tsgt (Retired) U.S. Air Force Bob was born June 29, 1931 in Jamestown, New York to Gordon Clair and Verna May (Ehde) Atkinson. Bob passed away peacefully at Providence Hospice on July 1, 2019 after a brief illness.Bob joined the Air Force out of high school. His career took him to England, Labrador and various states. He was in inventory, recruitment and officer training. After over 25 years he retired in 1972. He found a second career in real estate, which he enjoyed. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sharon; his daughters, Sherry (Lee) Choquette and Sandi (Chris) Nolte. His grandchildren; Katie (Kevin) Charlston, Samantha (Andrew) Choquette-Delgado and Kevin McCoy. Great-grandchildren Cole and Adelaide Charlston.; sister-in-law Geraldine Thyholt,; Niece Amanda (Scot) Morrison and great niece and great nephew, Harper and Smith Morrison. Memorial services will be August 22nd at 11am at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park; 7200 180th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052.
