Kheng Manisay

Kheng Manisay, age 67, of Vancouver, Washington passed away peacefully on June 28, 2022. She is now home in the heavens with her husband, Jack Manisay. Kheng Manisay was born on April 5, 1954 in Savannahkhet Laos, the oldest of 13 children born to Bounsong and Bounma Peusy. Kheng and Jack migrated to the U.S. in 1979 and found their new home in Portland Oregon. There they had two beautiful daughters, Darline and Dianne. Kheng preceded in death by her husband Jack Manisay, mother, and father. Kheng now lives on in the hearts and memories of many; daughter Darline and son-in-law Marvin; daughter Dianne and son-in-law Lee; brother Poonvat; grandson Sebastian; granddaughter Novasai, grandson Aizen; granddaughter Lunella; families, friends and neighbors; and anyone who had the opportunity to meet her. Funeral service and cremation for Kheng will be held at the Solie Funeral Home of Everett, Washington on July 9, 2022.
