Kevin Ellingson

Kevin Michael Ellingson was born on August 18, 1993 to parents Kent and Pamela Ellingson of Edmonds, Washington, and passed away at his home on October 12, 2024. A lifelong resident of Edmonds, Kevin was raised to be a strong Christian having attended Snohomish County Christian School early on in life while having faith-based principles instilled in him throughout his childhood. A strong foundation was laid for him in the Christian faith and he developed his own personal relationship with the Lord.

The first “job” Kevin ever had was as a volunteer barista at a local church during the summer. He also volunteered many times at a local food bank. Those who knew him personally know what a good heart he had.

Kevin loved his family very much and spent as much time as he could with them. He especially liked to go on driving trips and his favorite was vacationing at Lake Chelan with his family. Music was one of his most important interests and he enjoyed a wide variety of styles and artists. Fashion was another of his passions. He would frequently buy new clothes, hats and jewelry to create his own personal style, and he accumulated a rather extensive wardrobe as a result. Throughout his life, Kevin enjoyed playing sports, video games, bike riding, skateboarding, watching movies and hanging out with his friends and family.

Kevin is survived by his parents Kent and Pam Ellingson of Edmonds, WA, brother Jim Ellingson (Debbie) of Everett, WA, and brother Steve Ellingson (Kelly) of Lynnwood, WA. He was deeply loved by all of his family and will be greatly missed.

A viewing will be held on Monday, October 28th from 1pm-4pm at Solie Funeral Home (3301 Colby Ave, Everett, WA 98201). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at 2pm at Greenacres Memorial Park (5700 Northwest Dr, Ferndale, WA 98248).
