Keith Bruce King

March 10, 1961 — November 30, 2017

Keith Bruce King, 56, of Everett, WA, born on March 10, 1961, passed away peacefully with his loving wife at his side on Thursday, November 30, 2017. He had fought bravely against many physical challenges throughout his later years and succumbed to a terminal illness. Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Iva, whom he had loved and missed dearly. Keith is survived by his spouse, Julie; his father, Leroy (Suzanne), his brother, Paul (Kimberly), his sister, Pamela; his nephews: Zach, Jacob, Hayden and many other family members and friends who loved Keith. Keith graduated from Shoreline High School in the year of 1979 and went on to travel to Japan, worked as a chemist at Titan, a pool builder for Master Pools and eventually worked for Brose's Wholesale before retiring. Keith was a proud uncle who enjoyed spending time with his nephews and playing cribbage. He loved his wife and family and treasured the time he spent with them. He enjoyed watching the sun rise and set with his wife and appreciated the beauty in the world. Some of his most enjoyable activities included time spent at the Sushi Ring in Silverlake, Playstation games with his friends, reading books, cuddling with his cats and watching Jeopardy. Keith loved life and humor, and he will be greatly missed by his wife, family, and friends. We want to give our special thanks to the Puget Sound Kidney Center in Everett, WA, for helping Keith live out his final days. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make donations to the Kidney Center. A memorial service to celebrate Keith's life will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017, in Shoreline, WA, at the Spartan Gym at the Rec. Center by the old high school at 12:30 p.m.
