John Michael Grosso John Michael Grosso was born on May 30, 1945 in Seattle, Washington to John Grosso Sr. and Shirley Vann Grosso. After graduating from Ingraham High School he attended Shoreline Community College. Shortly thereafter he enlisted in the Navy in September of 1965 and served in the Vietnam War until his separation from the armed forces in 1971. John is preceded in death by his parents John and Shirley Grosso; his brother Danny Grosso, and his sister Shirley Mae Aspnes. He leaves behind his wife Sherry (Parks) Grosso; siblings Suzanne Young, Janie McDonald, and Patty Huso. A visitation is scheduled at Solie Funeral Home on Saturday January 21st at 10am with a funeral to follow at 11am, and a committal service at Evergreen Cemetery at 1pm. Following all services will be a reception at the Future of Flight Museum, Forward and Aft Cabins later in the day. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a worthy Veterans association or Wounded Warriors. All arrangements are entrusted to Solie Funeral Home.
