Beverly Jean Crumbaugh

Beverly Jean Crumbaugh, age 90, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 19, 2018. She was born in Everett on April 17, 1928, to Emil and Olga Enger. Beverly was an Everett girl from beginning to end and graduated from Everett High School in 1945 .While attending Pacific Lutheran College she met the love of her life, Bob Crumbaugh, to whom she was married for 50 years. She was a homemaker for many years, raising their two daughters, Jan and Sue. Beverly worked at Everett Community College for 38 years and stopped working at age 80. Beverly was immensely proud of her Norwegian heritage. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness, wonderful singing voice, attention to detail, and her Norwegian meatballs. She also enjoyed gardening. Her strength came from a deep faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. She was deeply loved and will certainly be missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob, her parents, and her sister, Helen Olson. She is survived by two daughters, Jan Crumbaugh and Sue (Jerry) Thomas; five grandchildren, Lindsey, Craig, Chad, Chelsey, and Amy.The memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27 at Bethany Christian Assembly, 2715 Everett Ave. A family graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Everett Gospel Mission. Arrangements under the care of Solie Funeral Home who will be hosting a viewing on Friday, October 26 from 2:00 to 4:30.
