Arthur Hutton Carrick, Jr. was born, raised, and resided in Everett, WA. Art graduated from Everett High School in 1962. After H.S. Art joined the Army where he served in Vicenza, Italy and Fort Lawton, WA. After the Army he attended the University of Washington and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Art is survived by his wife of 43 years Carol, 2 children: daughter, Kimmy Hajek, son-in-law, David Hajek and son, Randy Wiley; 4 grandchildren Jase Wiley, Kailin Wiley, Daisy Hajek and Darla Hajek. He also had a large extended family that he enjoyed spending time with and loved very much.
Art was employed by Nepa Pallet Co. as a Millwright for over 35 years. He enjoyed all things sports related, working on projects at home, playing cards and being with his family.
A memorial service will be held at Solie Funeral Home on January 5th at 11:30am followed by a luncheon at the Everett Elks Club at 1:00pm.
Art was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
